Infidelity

“Manasu ondu kade agedare baavi hattu kade agedare gori”

I read the above lines on one of the popular Kannada sites.

I am not able to translate it to English with all the meaning it’s trying to convey but the essence is Keeping your thing on one thing will make your life more beautiful.

This very well applies to Love.

Most of us compare our loved ones. Especially life partners, recently I was chatting with a person and she told me about a ‘girl’. She had loved some one before her marriage, now she compares her husband with her boy friend and at the same time she is guilty of cheating her husband too.

This is a strange situation. Every thing is fair in a marriage but not infidelity. I feel you should never stay with a person if you cannot give your whole self to him/her. The relationship looses it’s meaning then!

“Naadan dil ko kyaa smjhaaye hum,

Vho to aapke siva kisi ki baatein sun taa heen nahin!”

“Hain bade gile shiqve zindagi se,

par nahin koi bada aap ki bewafayi se”

“Kaash aapse hum na milte

To kabhi bewafaayi ka dard na samajh paate”

“Meri duniyaan hain tujh mein kahin

Tere bin main kyaa kuch bhi nahin”

“Tujhe jeevan ki dor se baandh liya hain

Tere zulm aur sitam sar aankhon par”

“Nee iralu joteyalli baalella hasiradante”

“Olida jeeva joteyaliralu baalu sundara

Vishwella bhavyavaada prema mandira”

“Bisilaadarenu maleyaadarenu

Joteyaagi endoo naanillavenu”
