Travel gives you a chance to learn and understand various things.
I was traveling last weekend.
We were in one of the very famous temple to perform a ritual. There were many others who also wanted to perform the same ritual. Every one had his/her own wish to perform that. One of them was a couple with three daughters. Lady was really beautiful and so were the daughters. Priest was asking every one to explain their wish, it was the couple's turn, they were saying they want their daughters to get married soon to a very good guy and various other things. At last came the wish on which every one started laughing, husband said he wants a Son. Priest couldn't control his laughter, he asked, what's your age?The other person said I am 55 but I want a son to continulegacyagacy!
There was a helpless look on his wife and daughters' face or I felt so. We siblings started to call them "Wishers of Son" for fun. I never saw the wife or daughters speaking to any one. Next day there was a smile in their face but still they looked worried.
I am also a daughter and I have never had that helpless look neither I have seen my sis or my mom with that. Not sure what to conclude out of this.
Not able to think at this moment.
I came to bus stop to return. There was a person with one leg who was shouting the names of the bus and timings. He was full of life, talking to every one, laughing and joking. I heard him say that he lost his leg some time back in an accident. Don't know what to conclude out of this too....
