Patience..........

I feel, you should be very polite when you are asking for some help.
I have seen some guys/gals doing it with out the trace of it. Don’t know whether I am wrong to expect politeness or they are wrong in doing in so.

Some time back one of colleague asked me for some help, her tone was like it’s your duty, so just do it!. I didn’t owe her any thing neither was it my responsibility to help her out. That was not the first time I had observed her, but I always thought she is just out of college, she will learn these intricacies with time. But on that particular day, I was getting irritated You learn some things as you grow but definitely not politeness. That’s one of the basic qualities of a human being.

All said and done I was furious but some how controlled my temper, used Sudha as my punch bag and I just tried to forget it.

I was in the bus stop waiting for my bus back home after the office, I saw a lady. She was good looking , her daughter was with her. May be daughter was 15-18 years old. She was looking normal, lady asked me details on some bus and just then the same bus came. I just observed the daughter when she was climbing the bus, she couldn’t balance her self, she was mentally ill(?). Her mom was holding her like a kid. They got into the bus and daughter got the seat.

I used to meet a lady every day in a temple when I was in hostel during my college days. Her son was mentally ill(?), he would create all the nonsense in the temple and his mom just could not stop explaining him. I don’t know how far he understood but she did it every day.

I have met so many other parents whose children are not well.

When I saw the lady in the bus stop, I heard some one from the sky was saying, “I am so patient with you, you do all sorts of blunders in my world, but still I never shout at you, why can’t you be the same with fellow human beings?”. I felt ashamed of my self at that moment.


Sis will be very happy if I could stop it. But I enjoy shouting at sis, so that’s a bit difficult.J
