The pain that they go through for you.........

Process of growing as a person needs constant efforts not only from yourself but also from the people surrounding you. Parents go through a lot of things when a child is growing up. A mother endures all nonsense from her child, and the child grows into a person, A wife goes through a hell some times, because of marriage and the husband understands life (if at all he does) vice versa might also be true. Like wise a teacher, a sibling, a friend and so many others go though pain for the growth of some body else.

Buddha attained enlightenment and Yashodhara and Rahul beard loneliness. Shankarachaarya renounced the world and his mother went though the pain.
I believe it is destiny you cannot change certain things. We get a persona because of these people but do we ever think of them?

According to history Shankarachaarya, gave his mother what ever a son could give (I am not sure of Buddha though). But how many of us can do that or will do that, how many times do we think of people who go through so much pain, some times even with out our knowledge?

Above lines might sound silly to some people and it might just be one side of a coin. But I always think of this. A journalist I read has become a famous person today but for that his wife and children had go through, literally a hell. A guy understood the importance of commitment to a relationship but after cheating on a girl who is my very good friend.
Not sure whether I am wrong or every one thinks so?

  1. If one has to grow there will be a lot of contributors his success, but not everybody who contribute will not go through pain. It depends on the interpretation of the person. If you consider 'Sri Shankaracharya' ,we can not say his mother went though pain....we can say it was destiny. If you say about Buddha his philosophy is conquering pain /attachments ...so there is no contradiction what he preached & practiced
